What time should I arrive? All participants should arrive 5 to 10 minutes prior to the beginning of the event to stretch and be prepared to begin promptly.
What should I bring? Players should bring all baseball equipment required for the particular event. Hitters should bring a bat and helmet and pitchers/fielders should bring their gloves. Cleats are unnecessary.
Should I bring water and food? A water fountain is at the facility but players can bring their own if desired. A bagged lunch is necessary for the summer camps.
What is the policy for bad weather? Once an event has begun, there will not be a cancellation unless severe weather is present. If such an instance occurs, that session will be cancelled and there will be NO make-up session. Successive weeks of clinics/camps prevent us from moving sessions.
What is the refund/cancellation policy? If a player withdraws after registering, you may request a credit by sending an email at least 48 hours before the starting day to firstname.lastname@example.org. No-shows will not receive any credit. The credit is good for one year and may be used by anyone within a family.
Performance Sport Systems neither tolerates the use of alcohol or drugs, nor does it allow physical abuse or property damage. Any player that leaves the clinic must have permission to do so. Any player that breaks any of these rules shall immediately be expelled from the event without refund.
